Cali
Breed: Lab/Hound Mix
DOB: 12/15/23
Color: Black/Brown/White
Weight: 40 LBS
Homed Before; NO
Cali and her siblings were brought to the shelter after being found abandoned in a yard. She is a fun girl who loves to play. She knows her name, and would be a fast learner. She does have a habit of wanting to jump/climb, over chain link fences, so maybe an apartment would be better, as long as she got plenty of exercise. She may do OK in a house with a fenced in yard as well, she would just need that extra reinforcement about not jumping/climbing. She is ready for a home!

Corinna
Breed: Lab/Hound Mix
DOB: 12/15/23
Color: Black/White
Weight: 40 LBS
Homed before: NO
Corinna and her siblings were brought to the shelter after being found abandoned in a yard. She is Cali’s twin, but she has a longer tail! She is so friendly and loves to lounge around in a kiddie pool and relax. Similar to Cali, she likes to try to climb/jump over chain link fencing. She would be OK in an apartment, with proper exercise. She would do great in a home with proper training and reinforcement. She gets along with everyone, but since she’s never had a proper home, we do not know if she is good with cats. Come meet her today!

Caine

Caine was brought to the shelter with his siblings after being found abandoned in a yard. He is a bit shy at first but will warm up to you after some time. He likes to play and is a submissive pup. He has learned his name, but has never been in a home before so we aren’t too sure on how he is with kids/cats. He is great with other dogs and just wants to play with you!

Cade was brought to the shelter with his siblings after being found in a yard, abandoned. He is a good boy, he doesn’t jump up at you, but loves to play. He will need house training, but will easily catch on. He gets along with other dogs, doesn’t mind strangers, and loves kids! He has learned his name and is learning some commands. He would be a great addition to any family!!

Lazarus
Breed: Plott Hound Mix
DOB: 12/1/23
Color: Brindle
Weight: 58 LBS
Homed Before: NO
Sweet Lazarus came to us from an urgent 911 call we received. Him and his sibling were locked inside of a house for 2 weeks with no food or water by their previous “owner”. Unfortunately, his sibling didn’t make it, but miraculously, Lazarus pulled through. He was nursed back to complete heath. It was not easy by any means, we didn’t think he would even make it through the first night because he was skin and bones, barely alive. He, at the time of intake, weighed roughly 30 LBS. He has since recovered, and has proved that he is a strong boy. He will absolutely need patience and time, especially since he may have trauma regarding a home, and does not trust easy. We have learned he is a bit wary of strangers and does not like to be put in smaller spaces, he needs the freedom to roam in and out. He does warm up to people and just needs the right person to give him the time to heal and settle in a forever home.

Lightning
BREED: Bull Terrier Mix
DOB: 12/20/2023
COLOR: Grey/ White
WEIGHT: 50lbs
HOMED BEFORE: Not Sure
This boy was part of the rescue in Georgia from a chemical fire. He is friendly and does get along with other dogs. He would prefer calm dogs as sometimes it’s a bit much with too much energy going on around him. He likes chewing on bones or tough Kong toys. He may be housebroken but we aren’t sure and aren’t sure about cats. He’s a quieter, shy boy that would make a great family companion.
